Your guide meets you at your hotel in Stone Town and walk together through the historic streets to the dhow harbor. The walk is short and gives you a glimpse of Stone Town life before you board a traditional Swahili dhow. Once on board, set sail across the calm waters toward Nakupenda Sandbank. Enjoy the breeze and views of Stone Town’s coastline as we cruise. Your crew shares stories about the area and prepares for the activities ahead.

When we arrive, the sandbank emerges at low tide, a stretch of brilliant white sand surrounded by shallow turquoise water. You’ll have time to walk barefoot on the sand, swim, and take photos. It feels like your own private island in the Indian Ocean.

Once set-up of beach picnic is done, enjoy grilled seafood, fresh tropical fruits, and soft drinks while sitting with panoramic ocean views. There’s also plenty of time for more swimming and relaxing before we sail back.

Later on, returns to Stone Town harbor, where your guide takes you back to your hotel, ending a relaxing and beautiful trip with The Island’s magic.
